A production schedule would include when things concerning production would happen

• hard ware
• software
• equipment

this is important because you need to know where you need to be and when i.e. at a certain venue to film on a certain date.

• organisation i.e. people/places

a producer of a product would make a production schedule (admin)

everyone involved in the production proses would see the production schedule.

a production plan is a project management tool.

you would use things like Microsoft excel because you can easily ad information about your task

A production schedule could be used as a product management tool to keep track of the project tasks because it concisely shows when a task is suppose to be done by and how ling it should take which every one can access.
