LO:3 Forms

once a production schedule of the task is organised, the following forms need creating
  • call sheet
  • consent form
  • location release
  •  If you are filming you need a call  sheet
  • you would make this before the shoot
  • give this to your production sheet few days prior
  • a contingency plan is made encase it goes wrong i.e. backing up data
  •

A production schedule would include when things concerning production would happen
  • hard ware
  • software
  • equipment

this is important because you need to know where you need to be and when i.e. at a certain venue to film on a certain date.

  • organisation i.e. people/places
a producer of a product would make a production schedule (admin)

everyone involved in the production proses would see the production schedule.

a production plan is a project management tool.
you would use things like Microsoft excel because you can easily ad information about your task

identify one type of project management tool that could be used to keep track of the project tasks and explain why it is suitable for this task [3]

A production schedule could be used as a product management tool to keep track of the project tasks because it concisely shows when a task is suppose to be done by and how ling it should take which every one can access.

Assessor: Theo Bebbington
3/3 Marks, as it identifies what should be used, explains why it should be used and how it would be used realistically.

LO: Legal issues

What dose crowed funding mean

Crowd finding is where an independent film gets its revenue from the public through donations and they get rewards in return i.e. tickets to the premier. Correct

Two advantages of and independent project

You have more freedom over what goes in to the product.
You get more of the profit.
Get donations for any project
no subsisaries so the money goes all into your project.

Two disadvantages of an independent project

Less revenue meaning there is less money to spend
A smaller company will have less resourses
Can't market the project because you dont have the money
Difficult to let people know about your project and know you want funding.
(Social media being used to let people know about your project)
  • Twitter
  • facebook
  • instagram
  • youtube
